The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Construction, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. As a key member of the Organisation’s team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays proactively.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, contractual and quality standards.

  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

  • Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.



What you will bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.

  • Prior involvement in projects involving existing structures or heritage preservation initiatives is highly desirable

  • Demonstrated experience in project management skills and delivery of projects across the entire life cycle.

  • Previous involvement in projects within the Education, Community, Civic, or Health sectors is highly desirable.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
