The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Construction, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays proactively.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, contractual and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
What you will bring to the role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Prior involvement in projects involving existing structures or heritage preservation initiatives is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in project management skills and delivery of projects across the entire life cycle.
- Previous involvement in projects within the Education, Community, Civic, or Health sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
