This new opportunity is for a GRC Security Consultant with MyCISO:
MyCISO is a Sydney HQ’d SaaS security start-up, transforming cyber security program management for all. MyCISO is the platform that enables security leaders leverage to assess, improve and manage both their organisation and their supply chain’s security maturity, aligned to a variety of security frameworks.
The Security Consultant (Security & GRC) role will be the point of contact for all customer enquiries relating to all aspects of the MyCISO platform. They will be responsible for supporting successful outcomes with both customers and providers.
Outcomes and measures:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and providers
- Client support cases handled in line with set SLA’s
- Development, implement and manage documentation and processes
- Assisting to grow revenue and maintaining customer retention levels
- KPIs – achievement of weekly metrics
- Define and implement internal processes
- Excellent internal rapport
- Curate content that relates to a range of security domains, frameworks and GRC processes
- Conduct project management, where required
- Maintain MyCISO’s confidentiality standards as defined in ISO 27001:2013
