About the role
Are you an experienced Administrative Officer seeking to work in a friendly and positive environment?

The Administrative Officer provides high quality administrative service and support to all staff, including the Management Team, Accounts Department, and consultants.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- General office administration duties, inc. data entry
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries
- Organise couriers
- Organise staff travel and accommodation
- Manage calendar bookings
- Prepare minutes for weekly meetings
- Maintain office systems
- Reconciliation of credit card statements
- Management and reconciliation of Petty Cash
- Reconciliation of staff reimbursements
This is a full-time permanent position, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to multitask.
- The ability to work under pressure and to juggle various responsibilities.
- Initiative, outstanding attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Good I.T. skills including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
Desirable:
- 2- 3 years' administrative experience.
- Tertiary education
- Experience in Workflow Max
