What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing Digital Solutions Team. As a Product Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for developing and implementing the go-to-market plan while managing the entire product lifecycle.

Your role involves prioritising and executing new initiatives that are aligned with our business strategy and cater to both internal and external client needs. You will champion our digital solutions, leveraging your expertise to drive growth across various business units and enhance our market presence and profitability.

What will you do?

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with our Head of Digital Solutions to craft our digital product vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader business objectives and delivers customer value. Develop and present business cases to the leadership team to propose new products and initiatives, aiming to achieve ROI while managing costs effectively.

Market and Customer Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, assess the competitive environment, and keep abreast of industry trends. Utilise these insights to refine product strategies and prioritise effectively.

Collaborative Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Employ both qualitative and quantitative data, along with expert input, to make informed decisions. Manage product launches with precision and document processes to scale and enhance future initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the Product Owner and the primary point of contact for all digital product-related discussions. Foster alignment across departments to ensure product decisions are supportive of business objectives and meet customer expectations. Collaborate with internal and external clients, partners, and subject matter experts to achieve our business objectives.

Communication and Enablement: Deliver compelling executive briefings and conduct regular enablement sessions for stakeholders, showcasing our products and enhancing internal capabilities to drive revenue.

Operational Management: Oversee the product backlog, prioritise course updates, support users, and manage learner feedback to continuously improve our offerings. Collaborate with the team to refine our processes and enhance efficiency. What have you accomplished?

Experience: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in Product Management or Ownership, preferably in a digital environment. Your background includes a proven track record in launching and managing digital products, backed by a robust portfolio.

Project Management: You are proficient in Agile methodologies and skilled in using various project management tools, demonstrating your ability to manage projects efficiently.

People and Stakeholder Management: You have demonstrated success in managing and engaging with diverse stakeholders. Your ability to foster strong relationships and drive collaborative efforts is well established.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: You have a proven track record of working effectively across departments, promoting cohesive and productive teamwork in a cross-functional setting.

Presentation and Communication Skills: You possess outstanding presentation and communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Financial Literacy: Understanding of financial aspects related to product development, such as budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term strategies that align with overall business goals and adapt to changing market conditions. You are a creative thinker with a flair for innovative problem-solving, adept at uncovering unique solutions to complex challenges.

Change Management: Competence in managing change within an organisation, especially as it pertains to rolling out new products or initiatives. You will thrive if:
