They have an opportunity for a dedicated Commercial Manager to work with a small team to support the company's program of work.
This is a Full Time Permanent Position based in Amberley, QLD.
As the Commercial Manager you will:
- Manage the contractual and commercial relationship between the company, commonwealth and Industry to achieve outcomes
- Schedule and develop action plans for contract management outcomes
- Create all relevant documentation pertaining to procurement and commercial contracts
- Review and submit artefacts for approvals
- Implement contract change proposals
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Management/ Business/ Commerce/ Law.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation with the commonwealth on projects and/ acquisition.
- Firm understanding of the ASDEFCON suite
- Deep knowledge of legislative frameworks in the Defence industry
- Competency in Microsoft applications at an intermediate level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously
The candidate must be an Australian citizen and have a NV1 clearance
