About the role
With ongoing growth in the firm, an opportunity has arisen in our vibrant Workers’ Compensation team for a Lawyer or Associate with up to 5 years’ PQE. You will report to a partner and be supported by our Newcastle office team, while working from within our Sydney office.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work closely with senior practitioners who are industry acknowledged experts in this area. With clients including NSW Government agencies, private sector employers and their insurers, this role will see you involved with some of the most complicated and sensitive claims, including those with media interest, catastrophic injuries and multi-party common law matters.

About you
Whilst Defendant Workers’ Compensation experience will be highly regarded, candidates with in-house, insurer or applicant experience are encouraged to apply. The skills we are looking for include:
