- Experience in any of the following: window fabrication, glazing, cutting, powder coating, CNC, logistics, scheduling, purchasing.
- Will consider related experience eg. Metal, joinery, carpentry, etc.

- Higher than market salary or contractor rates - depends on you.

- Overtime - Overtime, no overtime or in between. You decide.
- Guidance where needed - Security.
