Accounts Payable Officer

Description:

Chandler Macleod is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable to support the very busy team at Baiada, Beresfield. About the role:

• Maintain accurate vendor master data using internal systems EFTSURE and SAGE
• Liaising with finance officers and suppliers concerning stock management, and accounts
• Querying invoice items from internal and external business finance officers
• Reconciling supplier statements
• High Volume processing of invoices into the accounts payable system for specialised suppliers
• Filing and maintaining supplier records
• Checking and verifying invoices

About you:

• Proven recent experience in Accounts Payable
• Australian Citizen or permanent resident of Australia (legally entitled to work in Australia)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment between different area of Accounts Payable

Benefits:

• 6 month - 12 month temporary assignment covering maternity leave
• Full time hours, Monday to Friday
