It Project Manager

Description:

Job Description: Leads or coordinates project teams from design to delivery. Leverages knowledge, expertise and project management skills to direct team members, resolve issues and ensure achievement of project goals. Plans, organizes, secures and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Facilitates engagement of project team members and ensures all project phases are designed, executed and delivered in a manner that meets customer expectations. Facilitates cross-functional teams, ensuring execution of defined deliverables and driving key decisions. Responsibilities:

• Provides Project Management support for routine projects within a functional, operational or technical area.
• Works with cross-functional project team members to define, sequence and estimate activities and duration.
• Synthesizes diverse sets of information into plans and schedules.
• Estimates resources, cost and other budget needs.
• Supports and facilitates all phases of project execution.
• Facilitates face-to-face communication and project feedback, from the initial kickoff through milestone reporting and close-out.
• Ensures effective cross-functional participation.
• Monitors metrics and reports on progress, issues and status.
• Ensures consistency and adherence to company standards, processes and policies.
• Collaborates with the wider DN team to support presales engagements (RFP, RFI, change requests)

Qualifications: Required Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Project and Program Management.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
