About the Role
As our NDIS Services Coordinator, you'll embark on a dynamic journey, blending leadership, organisation, and empathy. Your role is pivotal in supervising clinical aspects, providing training, and fostering a cohesive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support our dedicated team of Support Workers.
- Extend compassionate support to participants and their families.
- Facilitate productive team meetings and manage feedback effectively.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including appointments, meal, and activity planning.
- Collaborate with diverse treatment teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Drive training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure thorough documentation in compliance with regulations

Qualifications and Requirements

- Valid NDIS worker screening check.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Nursing, Mental Health, or related field.
- Current first aid/CPR certification.
- WA Class C Driver's license and access to a fully insured vehicle.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
