We are currently seeking a dedicated Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our client's team at their busy furniture store. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers, managing inquiries and orders, and contributing to the overall success of this locally owned and operated business. If you are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
- Utilising your previous experience in a customer service role to deliver outstanding service
- Working autonomously and taking ownership of tasks to ensure efficient store operations
- Demonstrating strong communication skills to engage with customers and provide product information and assistance
- Exhibiting exceptional organisational skills to manage inquiries, orders, and stock effectively
- Staying on top of customer inquiries and orders, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
- 3-4 day roster Sun-Wed

- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in retail
- Proven experience in achieving sales KPIs
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work Sundays
