Develop and implement governance frameworks and policies for project oversight.
Facilitate high-level meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and governance issues.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the governance team.
Coordinate with other PMO leaders to ensure project coherence and integration.
Manage resource allocation and staffing to ensure project needs are met.
Develop and maintain relationships with senior project stakeholders and external vendors.
Provide regular reports to executive management on governance status and issues.
