Our client is currently recruiting for a newly created Payroll Supervisor role. You will report to the Payroll Manager and supervise a team of 4 payroll officers. Join a well established and hard-working team and develop your skills as a people leader.
Your new role
-
Managing a payroll team of 4 and ensuring processes are run effectively and efficiently.

End to end payroll processing and reconciliation of superannuation, workers' compensation, PAYG and payroll tax

Work with finance, HR and other internal stakeholders to improve processes and procedures within the team

Responsible for training and upskilling the payroll team.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need to be in a supervisory or senior payroll position. You will have the ability and competencies to lead a successful payroll team. Experience with SAP is essential. You will have excellent communication skills in order to deal with various stakeholders. You will have excellent motivational and organisational skills.
