Your new company

This organisation has a rich history in screen production and is involved in supporting the development of the sector. They focus on supporting relevant South Australian businesses to achieve creative outcomes. The organisation is looking for a Program Coordinator based in Adelaide.

Your new role

This role will involve working alongside the current program coordinator. You will responsible for providing administrative support to the team, as well as record keeping and financial reporting duties. You will manage enquiries, applications and undertake research and financial reporting related to projects. You will respond to stakeholder enquiries in a timely manner and coordinate assessments whilst managing relevant funding programs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong administrative background

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with great interpersonal skills

  • Strong self-learner and effective problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

  • Experience in a customer service environment

  • Experience in the use of Smarty Grants (beneficial)

Please note: in order to be considered for this role, you will be required to undertake a National Police Clearance. Due to the nature of the work, some out of hours work may also be required.
