This global organisation require qualified Mechanical Fitters for their northern suburbs manufacturing plant.Your new company
Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing industry, offering fully customised glass packaging solutions.
Your new role
Due to some newly commissioned plant equipment, they are now able to offer permanent opportunities for Mechanical Fitters in a number of departments.In these roles you will be responsible for managing the maintenance, service, breakdowns and repairs of various plant equipment including;- Computerised inspection machines
- Conveyor systems
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Power transmission and any other specialised equipment as directed
What you'll need to succeed
- Trade qualifications - ideally a Certificate III Mechanical Engineering or Australian recognised equivalent
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills and able to work as a team
- Ability to problem-solve and manage priorities
- Must be able to pass a medical
