Work with a boutique business that prides themselves on their energetic approach and fabulous office culture.Our client is looking for a experienced and passionate Property Manager to join their well established team of consummate professionals.
The Role:
- Manage a very well-maintained portfolio of 160 – 170 properties located in the CBD and inner suburbs
- End to end management with trust account and administrative support provided
- Working Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm with NO SATURDAYS!
- Salary up to $110,000
The Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing a residential portfolio
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
