YOU
We’re looking for a self-managed, passionate and personable sales professional with integrity and a proven sales record. Reporting to the SA State Manager, you will be Adelaide based working a mixture from home and office. We are a results-based organisation who believe in giving our team the best possible tools, freedom, and working conditions to truly succeed. We are a highly collaborative team, so you will need to be a team player who can collaborate well with others and also be able to work independently towards mutually agreed outcomes.
- 2+ years proven sales experience doing outbound sales
- A positive attitude and growth mindset
- Drive and tenacity to convert cold calls to warm leads
- A good knowledge of modern communication tools and platforms, ideally LinkedIn
- Strong drive, work ethic and integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration skills
ON OFFER
- Part-time initially (2-3 days/week) with the ability to increase hours overtime
- A potential career path in recruitment for an ambitious and collaborative individual who can prove themselves in the role
- Flexible working arrangements – minimum 1 day in the office (Parkside)
