About the Role
This brand is seeking a fun, friendly and energetic Store Manager to take on the Mackay Store. The Ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team of 5 - 10 staff as well as coaching and developing a team, proven ability in unique customer selling and achieving KPI's and preferably coming from a background in fashion retail.
Skills and Experience
- Previous fashion retail management (experience in visual merchandising is a plus)
- Ability to deliver consistent sales results and achieve KPI's
- Focused on coaching staff to give a unique customer experience
- Flexible and reliable, with an attitude to learn
- Experience with controlling wage spend and stock loss targets
