The Role
Toll People are currently seeking MR Drivers for our busy client based in Nowra for their winter peak season. Delivering for a leading Australian energy retailer you will be responsible for the safe delivery of gas cylinders to residential and commercial customers.
These assignments will commence in April and run over the cooler months finishing in approximately September/October. Candidates will be notified if this timeframe varies with as much notice as possible.
The successful candidate will be required to work full time hours, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends). Shifts start at 6am.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliveries of LPG cylinders to residential and commercial customers between Gerringong and Broulee
- Manually load and unload cylinders of gas (and use the hydraulic lift on the truck)
- Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times
- Weekend shifts as requested by the site
- Complete relevant paperwork
Skills & Experience
- MR licence
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
- Minimum 1 year driving experience in a multi drop delivery role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and good numeracy skills
