This organisation focusses on offering their clients a secure service that ensures a complete piece of mind for them. With a site based west of the city, they are looking for a trade qualified refrigeration mechanic that is comfortable navigating the work of facilities management and keen to be off the tools.
Your new role
This position will act as a direct conduit between the facilities engineer and the contractors to ensure all work, preventive and reactive, is managed to standard and delivered on time and on budget. It will require considerable administration but also technical expertise on how to manage complex, secure environments.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working across asset or facilities management and working in a corporate environment to deliver a raft of projects. Ideally, holding a trade qualification in refrigeration, this will not be an on-the-tool role, so it will be an opportunity to step into a completely hands-off position for the right candidate. National Police clearance and the ability to qualify for an NV1 clearance is non-negotiable.
