We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a Team Leader role in Adelaide.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to take on a Team Lead community role in Adelaide.
In this role you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing assessments and effective therapeutic interventions that have a focus on building functional capacity. Also enjoy developing therapy plans with the goal of improving life satisfaction, function, and better social/community participation.
Work with a broad range of clientele where they live, work, learn and play, including their homes, workplace, or schools, as well as out in the broader community.
For the right person, you will also be provided opportunities as the business grows, whether this be financial, allowances towards professional development, or something else that you wish to propose.
This is a full-time position.

About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • 4-5 years’ experience is desirable
  • AHPRA registration
  • Thorough NDIS experience and understanding
  • Ability to provide clinical leadership and support to individuals through joint work, supervision, consultation and mentoring
  • A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • A learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perception
  • Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set and career
  • Current drivers licence and registered vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
