EOI for an ESO's with extensive firefighting experience.
Fire and Safety Australia are seeking EOI for an experienced ESO. This is an ongoing role in the oil and gas sector located in South Australia.This is a 2:2 roster FIFO from Adelaide or Brisbane.
Essential Requirements:
- HR Drivers Licence
- Operate 4WD
- Manual Handling
- Cert III Emergency Response and Rescue /Cert III Public Safety (Firefighting Operations)
- Road Crash Rescue/HAZMAT/Open Circuit Breathing Apparatus/Aviation firefighting
- Vertical/Confined Space rescue
- Current Advanced First Aid
- Police Clearance - 3 months
- Collect Specimens
- NAFS III - Extinguishing agent handling licence
- Inspection and servicing of fire extinguishers and panels
- Inspection, calibration and servicing of gas detection equipment
- Servicing of onsite breathing apparatus and respirators
- Aviation fire fighting
- Coxswain
- Proven significant operational experience within the fire and rescue industry, preferably within a resource sector
- Proven operational expertise in industrial fire, rescue and emergency operational concepts, procedures and systems
- Proven operational Aviation firefighting Experience
- Highly disciplined with exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Proven high-risk experience; including rescue planning, gas testing, permit issuer/user
- Delivery and assessment of training to personnel filling part-time emergency response roles
