Job DescriptionRecycle Assistant reports to the DC Supervisor and manages daily waste operations, including separating and disposing of cardboard, plastic, foam, and general waste. Priorities include safety, quality, sustainability, and teamwork.
- Sort plastic, cardboard, and foam waste
- Maintain machinery, report issues to Manager
- Coordinate disposal collection, clean factory areas
- Ensure safety protocols, collaborate with team
- Perform ad hoc tasks
- Alert Manager: ¾ full cardboard auger, 4+ pallets plastic or foam ready for collection
- Operate specialised machinery
