As a Parts Interpreter, you'll play a crucial role in our growth journey. You’ll be working as part of the parts team, this position will oversee supplier products, inspect quality, and receipt incoming goods and ensures that the service department is always adequately supplied with all parts and materials as required.

Responsibilities:
• Interpreting customer inquiries to identify the correct parts required.
• Utilising technical knowledge and resources to accurately identify parts and specifications.
• Providing excellent customer service by offering product advice, answering inquiries, and processing orders efficiently.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive/heavy vehicle industry preferred
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive/heavy vehicle parts and components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining records.
