About Us

CFI Australia Pty Ltd (a business entity of Cornell Corporation) distributes to Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands through a competent network of strategically located, manufacturer-trained service dealers. We are also the Authorised Distributor of genuine DENSO & DELPHI Diesel Fuel Injection assemblies, components, repair kits and inner parts.

SUMMARY:

We are looking for a reliable spare parts interpreter to join our team. You will need to be competent in every aspect of the job from stock ordering with our overseas suppliers to liaising with customers over a range of Diesel Fuel Injection Spare Parts. Completing the sales procedure through our in house sales program will be required. You must be able to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively and maintain the parts department in an organized manner.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES HOWEVER NOT LIMITED TO:

Able to identify spare parts on Diesel Automotive such as Commercial Vehicles, Heavy Duty Vehicles , Off road Vehicles, Marine Engines etc

Attend to telephone and counter sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Check, value and catalogue parts through our in house computer program

Give technical advice and interpret parts required

Answer phone calls, greet customers and over counter spare parts sales

Processes quotes, orders, payments and invoices

Monitor current/outstanding orders

Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers

Full-time, Permanent - Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

First Time Response (FRT)

Consistent Resolutions

Email Backlog

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in a Business to Business Environment in Customer service

Proficiency with the Office Suite (Particularly Excel and Outlook)

Experience with Help Desk Systems

SAP Preferred
