Based south of Hobart, this local automotive company with over 40 years' experience in the industry. They specialise and pride themselves on great mechanical experience and being up-to-date on current automotive technology.Your new role
It is a permanent full-time position for the right employee. You will have a wide range of tasks & responsibilities which will include, but not limited to;- Answering the phone and being the face of the company - Taking in customer enquiries- Ordering automotive part- Accounts Receivable- Accounts Payable- Liaising with mechanics and clients - Scheduling of jobs
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant must have previous office experience and a solid knowledge of Xero, Excel and Word. Having experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous, but interest in the industry is a must. Also, be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What you'll get in return
