Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
