Are you passionate about travel and possess excellent organizational skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Luxury Travel Expert.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Luxury Travel Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating travel arrangements for clients.
- Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation to ensure smooth and efficient travel.
- Managing travel budgets and expenses to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients regarding travel inquiries and support.
- Keeping up-to-date with travel trends and industry best practices.
- Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients.
Requirements:
- No experience needed, we fully train you.
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Have rights to work in the United States, Mexico, and Australia. Among several other countries
- Computer with Wi-Fi, recommended but not required as long as you have a smart phone with internet access.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required.
