This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that all data is entered correctly and efficiently, supporting the organization's operations and decision-making processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Entering and updating data into databases and spreadsheets - Ensuring accuracy and completeness of information - Reviewing and verifying data for errors or missing information - Using data entry software and equipment to perform tasks - Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information - Organizing and filing documents as needed - Assisting with data clean-up and maintenance projects - Communicating with team members to verify data and resolve discrepancies - Meeting deadlines for data entry tasks - Identifying and correcting data entry errors - Creating and updating reports as needed - Performing quality control checks on data - Following company data entry procedures and guidelines - Responding to data inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders - Supporting other administrative tasks as assigned - **Required Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a data entry typist or in a similar role - Excellent typing speed and accuracy - Proficiency in data entry software and tools - Strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Good communication skills - Understanding of data confidentiality principles - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Basic mathematical and analytical skills - Time management and organizational abilities - Familiarity with office equipment and procedures - Strong computer and technical skills - Knowledge of data management and filing systems - Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
