Position Details: An exciting opportunity exists for a Physiotherapist with training and experience within the clinical area of Pelvic Health. This position is responsible for providing outpatient Pelvic Health Physiotherapy services to the Kimberley region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans, coordinates, implements and evaluates clinical Pelvic Health Physiotherapy services and delivery to people of the towns and communities of the East and West Kimberley catchment area, which are culturally sensitive and appropriate.
  • Provides advanced level clinical care for Pelvic Health Physiotherapy clients across all settings and identifies priority health issues and high risks groups requiring specific programs.
  • Provides relevant clinical support to Physiotherapists within the region, and WACHS networks.
  • Liaises with other health professionals as required to ensure coordinated client care services.
  • Acts as a professional consultant/resource for health and community based services within the Kimberley region to ensure coordinated client care
  • Promotes Pelvic Health Physiotherapy services and the profession to clients, within WACHS Kimberley and to the wider community, liaises and negotiates regarding provision of appropriate services
