Requirements
Must have a current driver's license and your own vehicle (with comprehensive insurance). Willingness to travel to clients' homes within the specified service locations such as Narrabeen Beach, Newport Beach, Freshwater, and Manly. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. Reliable, punctual, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Flexibility in working hours and approach. We strive to align our team members' availability with the needs of our clients. A Certificate 3, 4, or diploma in Aged Care, Home Care, Disability, or a related field. Experience in using mobility aids/hoisting devices is highly valued.
