About the Role

The eLearning Systems Officer plays a pivotal role in the management and enhancement of the DFES Learning Management and Student Management Systems.

This role involves contributing to strategic planning, coordinating system implementation and upgrades, conducting data analysis, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring system security and administration, overseeing system maintenance, and leading the development and delivery of comprehensive user training programs to ensure effective utilisation of the systems by all stakeholders.
