Exciting opportunity in Central/North QLD! Representing multiple clients with long-term contracts and flexible rosters. Dive into renewables and civil projects including access roads, earthworks, structures, concrete pads. Liaise with clients, handle procurement, troubleshoot, develop work plans, and schedules. Duties
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure safety compliance.
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Allocate resources effectively to optimize project efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply your knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices to solve complex problems and ensure project success.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Implement quality assurance processes to monitor construction activities, inspect workmanship, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.
Requirements
- Proven track record in as Civil Engineer in Australia.
- Working rights in Australia
- Ability to support and implement strategies to deliver successful outcomes.
- Experience in maintaining and monitoring project progress.
- Conducting investigations, and designing solutions to meet project objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience delivering access roads, earthworks, structures, concrete pads, renewables, DTMR, and defence projects.
