Job Description

What Awaits You

The Program Manager oversees CoAct's Disability Employment Services program , ensuring effective delivery, reputation maintenance, and revenue enhancement through performance analysis and risk mitigation.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze program performance data, providing regular insights to stakeholder
  • Present data visually to facilitate data-driven discussions and strategy development
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and revenue enhancement
  • Engage with employers aligned with client need
  • Collaborate with partners to implement data-driven strategies
  • Address multi-program issues collaboratively
  • Manage department relationships and requests for assistance
Desired Skills and Experience

Essential Skills for Success

  • Data visualization: Proficient in creating visually engaging charts, graphs, and infographics using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel features
  • Storytelling with data: Translates complex data into compelling narratives, highlighting key insights to guide decision-making
  • Presentation skills: Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, tailoring presentations to audience needs
  • Active listening and facilitation: Engages team in discussions, encourages input, and summarizes key points and action items
  • Excellent communication skills: Conveys information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences

Experience & Qualifications

  • Government contract management experience, especially in disability employment services
  • Knowledge of Australian Disability Employment Services program metrics and contract changes
  • Track record in managing department relationships and communicating contract changes
  • Budget management and forecasting experience
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including data visualization tools and advanced Excel skill
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Understanding of Australian government procurement processes and contract negotiations
  • Formal training or certification in project or program management methodologies
