About the role
- Provide a world class customer service experience to each and every customer
- Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures
- Manage high volumes of stock and visual merchandising to provided standards
- Continually expand your knowledge of products and become tea and brewing expert
About you
- Acts with customer in mind
- Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and ready to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous
