We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Coordinator to manage all facets of HR Department
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment, talent acquisition, probations, onboarding and all associated documentation.
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Conduct phone screening, and reference checks and coordinate the interview process.
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Ensuring confidentiality and accurate record keeping of personnel files, HR documentation, relevant HR systems, policies and procedures.
- Manage all HR queries internally and externally.
- Draft employment documents and contracts.
- Understanding of Awards, FairWork Act and NES etc.
- Manage adhoc tasks and projects as required by the Management team.
- Manage performance review process
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in human resources management or Equivalent
- Ideally have min. 5 years of HR knowledge and experience with Private Developer/Builder in Australia construction market
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, dealing effectively with deadlines and evolving priorities.
- Commitment to building positive and collaborative relationships.
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work autonomously boarding, ll as collaboratively in a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Be driven and want to progress your career.
- Unrestricted right to work in Australia.

Salary up to 100k+ Super depending on the experience
