Our Daimler Trucks Perth dealership is currently seeking two proactive and personable Receptionists to join our team.
As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer service in the fast-paced transport industry.
These opportunities will ideally suit candidates that open and interested in the flexibility that job sharing can provide.
Rostered hours of work are as follows;
Monday to Friday (7 : 30am 12 : 30pm and 12 : 00pm 5 : 00pm)
Every Second Saturday (8 : 00am 12 : 00pm)
About The Role :
- Managing the main switchboard
- Greeting customers and visitors, providing attentive assistance with their inquiries
- Processing department invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensuring workplace health and safety by proficiently managing administrative tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Maintaining office efficiency by overseeing stationery orders and managing incoming mail
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to enhance team productivity.
