Description and Requirements岗位描述:
1、负责联想ThinkPad笔记本电脑，以及Think智能设备产品线的声学部件（扬声器）研发端的品质管理；与相关团队，如研发、项目管理、合作厂商等紧密协作，主导并完成产品认证流程；
2、主导供应商端的Speaker单体及箱体产品的制程和产品本息进行稽核，以确保满足联想对产品的各项规范之要求；
3、主导相关单位对供应商体系的常规稽核并追踪直到所有问题点都得到解决；
4、对产品不同开发阶段进行审核，出据审核意见，并追踪直到所有问题解决完全承认；
6、维护/完善产品开发&供应商管理体系及要求，包括工程规范要求制定，流程建立，供应商人员培训，产品认证流程，等等；
7、负责对新产品生产的现场支持，包括故障分析、品质事件处置、协调相关单位等，确保产品品质，进而使项目顺利推进；
8、收集、提炼、总结项目中与品质相关的部分，汇集成可借鉴经验，积累、分享并应用到后续的产品开发过程中。
岗位要求:
1、3年以上声学或相关领域工作经验，熟悉研发端设计品质，DFX,FEMA，及生产制造，工艺流程制定和全过程品质管理；
2、深入了解扬声器（Speaker）相关声学技术；
3、熟悉供应商产品审核及制程认证流程；
4、熟悉电子组件、模组的制造及工程技术；
5、熟悉并熟练运用品质工具，如8D, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, 抽样计划，MSC等；
6、出色的文档和报告撰写、呈现能力，并善于表达；
7、良好的项目管理，以及跨部门、公司沟通协调和问题处理能力；
8、适应境内不定期工作差旅；
9、良好的英语沟通能力（听说读写）以应对全英文工作环境。
具备以下条件者优先考虑：
1、具有Speaker品质设计经验（DQA）或研发全过程项目管理经验优先，尤其是PC扬声器领域；
2、具备一定广度和深度Speaker设计相关技术知识，并深入了解其各种失效模式，以及丰富的异常问题处理经验；
3、扎实、深入的品质专业知识背景，例如6 Sigma黑带优先。
