- Prior Management experience in retail.
- Skills to build relationships and repeat business.
- The ability to inspire, lead and manage a team including: Training, Performance Management, Recruitment and Team Building.
- Proven ability to exceed sales and KPI targets.
- Excellent communication, conversational and interpersonal skills.
