Role Overview:
The Head of Digital will play a pivotal role in understanding and defining the digital requirements of our diverse client portfolio. This individual will be our frontline consultant, liaising directly with clients to uncover their digital challenges and opportunities. this position

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital department, setting strategic direction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions that align with client branding and business goals.
• Consult closely with clients to identify their digital needs, challenges, and objectives, translating these into actionable digital strategies.
• Stay abreast of digital trends and technologies, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem, to continuously innovate and improve our digital service offerings.
• Experience leading digital transformationd, legacy infrustructure and advising clients on web and mobile app builds

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in a digital leadership role within a branding, marketing, or digital agency environment.
• Technical or development background is preffered
• Exceptional understanding of digital strategies, web technologies, and digital project management.
• Excellent client consultation skills, with the ability to understand and articulate complex digital requirements and solutions.
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
