We are currently recruiting casual Disability Support workers to assist our clients across the greater Sydney area. We have opportunities across multiple clients for some of the best known Australian non-for-profit organisations.

    How you will be supporting Clients;
  • Assisting clients in everyday activities
  • Facilitating personal hygiene
  • Engaging and communicating with the people in your care
  • Assisting in domestic tasks, shopping, cleaning, meal prep.
  • Administering Medication
  • Providing personal support and care to the clients you are working with
  • Implementing behaviour support plans, and writing detailed and accurate daily notes
  • Following organisational policies, including Occupational Health and Safety

    About you:
  • Flexible, tolerant, patient, organised, reliable and punctual
  • Able to act with integrity in times of stress
  • Commitment to people with disabilities , and understand the factors affecting their lives
  • Able to follow policies and procedures
  • Ability to work minimum of 24 hours a week
  • Willingness to travel to different locations in the greater Sydney area
  • The desire to collaborate with our clients for the best outcomes

    To be considered, you must:
  • Have a full NSW Driver's Licence and a Car
  • Current Working With Children's Check and NDIS Clearance
  • 6 months experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Medicare Evidence of 3 COVID-19 Vaccinations
  • Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or similar.
  • Influenza vaccinations
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
