Our client, a leading provider of healthcare equipment and assistive technology for Hospitals, Residential Aged-Care Facilities, Home & Community Care is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to commence immediately at their showroom located in Geelong.

- Ongoing casual role with view to perm
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Geelong location
- $32.73 per hour
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional support to customers in the retail outlet regarding products, sales and services
- Upselling and cross-selling products and solutions to best suit the customers' requirements
- Be proactive in developing and maintaining product knowledge
- Processing of orders and payments
- Liaising with the warehouse and sales representatives
- Handle customer enquiries and customer complaints
- Basic administration and computer skills
To be successful in these roles you will require the following skills:
- Previous customer service and/or retail sales experience
- An understanding of the company's product range and place in the market
- The ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic CRM software
- Bubbly and energetic approach to work
