Our client is a nationwide Property company who are well known for their residential, commercial, and retail developments throughout Australia.
The role
Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Property & Finance Manager to join their property team. This role has scope to grow depending on the candidate.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Daily & Weekly Bank Reconciliation
- Tenant reconciliation in line with lease terms
- Outgoings reconciliation and calculations
- Assisting Property Manager with refunds, bond, and bank guarantees
- ad hoc accounts assistance
- Assist the wider team as necessary
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting/ finance or Property Management
- Excellent written communication skills, ability to remain focused on specific tasks
- Effective communication skills at all levels & the ability to build professional relationships with tenants, lawyers & colleagues
- Strong multi-tasking & prioritising skills
