The Client:
This international brand has been operating for over 100 years. The group specialises in residential, commercial, rural and off the plan projects. With over 1000 offices nationally this is an incredible opportunity to join the NSW head office of a leading franchise network. Currently seeking an executive assistant/coordinator, you will be supporting the NSW CEO and Head of Operations with day-to-day admin and diary management.

The Role:
As the "go-to" person, this position will see you utilise your administration, time management, and organisational skills regularly. On a daily basis, your duties will include:

  • CEO Calendar / Travel Management
  • Support the head of operations with any administrative tasks
  • CEO Inbox Management
  • Copywriting & Comms
  • Letter writing
  • Report Generation
  • Board Pack/Minutes
  • Team Meeting slide presentation
  • CEO Expenses
  • LinkedIn Management / Network Development
  • Slide Deck Presentation Creation
  • CEO Personal Task Coordination
  • Strategic Follow Up Management
  • CEO Social Media

The Candidate:
As the successful applicant, you must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, outstanding priority management and the ability to handle any task. Previous Real Estate experience is advantageous. Our ideal candidate will also attribute:

  • Have at least 5 years of senior-level administrative support experience, preferably supporting the CEO.
  • Have a proactive mindset, not reactive.
  • Be able to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • Have experience working in a professional services firm.
  • Have exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be proficient in Google Suite
  • Advanced written communication skills
  • Have a basic IT understanding and a willingness to learn.
  • Have a high level of personal presentation and communication
