Description:

Our West Perth client is internationally renowned for design and manufacture of furniture and are respected interior construction specialists. They are seeking an experienced Team Administrator to administer effectively and manage identified administrative duties of the team.

Responsibilities include -



QSE
  • Ensure the QSE is being consistently applied and maintained.

  • Assemble job files in accordance with QSE requirements


Purchasing (as required )

  • Issue purchase orders in accordance with company standards

  • Review and approve purchasing documents for use

  • Check costs against supplier quotes

  • Check manufacturing details match purchase order


Contract Review

  • Reviewing quotes against clients purchase order to ensure alignment


Job registration and maintenance

  • Effectively administer all job registration activities

  • Setting up project files, maintaining files and closing them off


Logistics Co-Ordination

  • Collating and scheduling weekly logistics from Melbourne to Perth


Administrative Support

  • Provide additional administrative support as may be required by other team members e.g. variation maintenance.

  • Project completion documentation/O&M’s

  • Arranging site inductions for sub-contractors

  • Maintaining compliance for third party platforms.

Office Duties

  • Maintaining kitchen

  • Co-Ordination of showroom maintenance

  • Potential customer phone calls

  • Courier delivery acceptance



Requirements
  • Completion of year 12 secondary education or equivalent
  • Intermediate computer literacy with MS Office 365 and digital business system
  • Previous industry experience is highly desirable

  • Can take both short-term and long term perspectives to plan, manage and prioritise workload
  • Completes work with accuracy and quality in a timely manner
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the project and the client and becomes a resource to both
  • Takes a true consultative approach when dealing with primary stakeholders and will go above and beyond expectations
  • Capturing, tracking and reporting progress aligned with role responsibilities
  • Demonstrates an understanding of diverse end-users and stakeholders and their changing needsInvestigates, identifies knowledge gaps and sources information about stakeholder (e.g. the client)
  • Remains composed and focused during high pressures times
