Established in 1907, the Club Hotel is one of the town’s oldest pubs and plays a central role in the lives of Chinchilla locals as a community meeting point and place to celebrate. It is for this reason that the venue has become the pride of Chinchilla.
You will be an integral part of the team, assisting the Hotel Manager with day-to-day operations of the Hotel and leading the team. Leading the team from the front, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and leading an experienced team to provide a high level of customer service to our patrons.
The Successful Candidate:
- Hands-on Manager with a proven track record in Duty Management roles
- Passionate about the hospitality industry
- Experience in a high-volume food, bar, function, gaming, and retail environment.
- Current RSA, RSG, and RMLV
- Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure, and work unsupervised
- Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills.
