Electrical QA Engineer | 19/9 FIFO | O&G project

Immediate requirement for a site based QA/QC specialist to provide completions & commissioning support for a major Oil & Gas project.

CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have again been approached by one of our clients to source a site based Electrical QA/QC Engineer to work on a major O&G project.

Working as part of an established site team you will be responsible for; Lead & mange QA/QC for E&I crews, prepare, plan and co-ordinate work fronts, develop work packs for termination crews, attend daily meetings, liaise with Field Engineers and develop cable pull sheets for construction crew

The project is part of an ongoing program of works with a key client and has an acceleration period of 3-4 months so we are looking to speak to Electrical QA professionals, available to start immediately who have the following experience:

- Electrical Trade Background
- Minimum 5 years Project Experience
- Must possesses experience on major Oil & Gas projects
- Prior experience during the completions/commissioning phase of a project
- Mentally and physically robust to work in challenging environments

The project is running a 19/9 FIFO roster where you would fly on the Monday and fly back the Friday and would be initially a contract for approx 4 months but could easily be extended or progress to a permanent role for the right person.
