Our client is a privately-owned trucking company who is seeking a temporaryData-Entry Clerk
to join their office in Hazelmere.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Hourly Rate: $30.36
Responsibilities
- Data entry and processing of incoming and outgoing paperwork
- Answering telephone calls and customer queries.
- Processing quotes/payments
- Consistent email management with as well as using other office programs (such as word and excel)
- You will be responsible for a broad range of operational activities that are crucial to the effective running of the business.
- Experience using Freight2020 computer software system (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with data entry and the transport industry (preferred not essential)
- Must be a fast learner and have good attention to detail.
- Own transport
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise according to deadlines.
