You're One Of The Best. Someone With
- Previous experience in a similar role within the civil construction industry
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong understanding and experience in a range of complex contracts
- Proven ability to contract administer subcontractors, commercial claims, monthly payments and communication
- Excellent communication skills to assist in developing strong client and subcontractor relationships.
- A highly analytical approach and strong attention to detail
- Proven negotiation experience in high value and complex commercial contracts
- Able to lead, motivate and influence others while being highly effective in organising and problem-solving.
- Willingness and ability to work FIFO on likely 2/1 roster
- Previous experience working on BHP/RTIO projects not critical but encouraged
