We’re excited by the fact our team is continuing to expand. And, as we continue to grow, we’re on the hunt for an Endpoints Analyst who will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our client's software application.

Requirements

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application functionality, performance, and integration.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical problems and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address application issues.
  • Participate in the deployment and implementation of software updates and patches.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of software applications.

Here's what you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of group policy and Intune application deployment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Change Management processes.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Please note that all team members must have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia.
